Respect Others

Treat all members of the community with respect and courtesy.

The following behaviour is not permitted:

Harassment or bullying
Personal attacks or insults
Threatening behaviour
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Intimidation or abusive language
Deliberately disruptive conduct

Healthy discussion and respectful disagreement are welcome. Personal hostility is not.

Keep Content Educational

GCSETime is an education-focused platform.

Content shared on the platform should be relevant to learning, revision, education, study support, or academic discussion.

The following content may be removed:

Spam
Irrelevant promotional content
Excessive self-promotion
Misleading information
Low-quality or repetitive submissions
Content unrelated to education

Academic Integrity

Users should not use GCSETime to engage in academic misconduct.

The following activities are prohibited:

Cheating assistance
Exam fraud
Impersonation
Selling answers to live examinations
Sharing confidential examination materials
Any activity that violates examination board rules

Uploading Resources

Before uploading any material, ensure that you have the right to share it.

Do not upload content that:

Violates copyright laws
Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains confidential information
Includes personal data without permission
Violates applicable laws or regulations

Users remain responsible for the content they upload.

Protect Privacy

Do not share personal or sensitive information about yourself or others.

Examples include:

Home addresses
Telephone numbers
Personal email addresses
Financial information
Private identification documents
Personal information belonging to minors

Protecting user privacy is a priority for everyone in the community.

Appropriate Conduct in Study Rooms

Study Rooms are intended for constructive educational discussion.

Members should:

Stay on topic
Support other learners respectfully
Share useful resources
Avoid disruptive behaviour
Follow moderator instructions when applicable

Repeated disruption may result in restrictions or removal from community features.

Reporting Content

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please use available reporting tools or contact us directly.

Reports help us maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

Moderation Actions

GCSETime may review user-generated content and take action when necessary.

Possible actions include:

Content removal
Warning notices
Temporary restrictions
Suspension of community privileges
Account suspension
Permanent account termination

Moderation decisions are made at GCSETime’s discretion.

Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using GCSETime.

Illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited.
